The last episode of Ehd-e-Wafa may be screened in cinemas across Pakistan
After Mere Paas Tum Ho, the superhit Ehd e Wafa may become yet another Pakistani drama to get screened in cinemas across Pakistan. According to reports, the last episode of Ehd e Wafa is likely to hit the big screen, however, final decision is yet to be made.
Talking to Samaa, the director Saife Hassan revealed that the shooting of the drama is completed and there will be no more than 26 episodes.
He further added that the decision of screening the finale in cinemas will be made by the producer Momina Duraid who is currently on a trip.
Written by Mustafa Afridi, Ehd e Wafa stars Ahad Raza Mir, Osman Khalid Butt, Ahmed Ali Akbar, and Waha Ali in the lead and has become the audience’s favorite treat for every Sunday.
The story of this drama revolves around a group of four friends and ups and downs in their lives as they embark on different journeys.
Ehd e Wafa is now nearing its end and the hype around its finale has no match due to a very huge fan base on social media.
Last month, Nadeem Baig’s Mere Paas Tum Ho became the first Pakistani drama to get screened in cinemas across Pakistan. Where it had its fair share of controversy, MPTH managed to attract a large number of people who were anxious to see the ending to one of the biggest dramas ever made in Pakistan.
Let’s see if the last episode of Ehd e Wafa will actually get screened in cinemas. Nonetheless, we cannot be more excited for the big finale of our favorite drama!
